Virtual Consultation? With Get Harley It’s No Problem!

Since the COVID pandemic, when many skincare and aesthetic clinics had to close, many people have turned to online consultations to solve their skin needs.

I have recently teamed up with the incredible skincare concierge service called Get Harley which has allowed me to open up the range and possibilities of consultation and skincare products to my patients… and they are loving it!

Want to know how it all works?

 

First Steps

You can book your virtual appointment via www.drtunneyaesthetics.co.uk/online-booking, and choose a date and time that is convenient for you.

The appointment costs £30 for 30 minutes, but £15 of this will be credited to your Get Harley account, redeemable against skin care purchases.

On the day of your appointment, simply click on the link in the email sent to you and I’ll see you there! All we need is a nice quiet spot, with good lighting and we can chat through all your skin concerns.

If you have your current products to hand that can be useful too.

After my consultation

You will receive a skincare plan from me, along with instructions on when to use each product.

This is essentially a personalised skincare shop where you know that all the products on the list have been picked to suit your skin, lifestyle and budget. No more browsing the aisles of Boots wondering which moisturiser to choose!

You don’t need to buy everything on the list unless you want to. Once you have purchased your products the team at Get Harley will get to work, packaging your products up in a lovely box, and pop it in the post!

Usually, this arrives on your doorstep within a few days, but occasionally if we are sending prescription products this can take a bit longer.

If I need help or advice

The best part is that you have two methods of contact for any issues or concerns – you can get hold of me via the contact info on my website (email, WhatsApp) or you can message the Get Harley team. Between us we will be able to resolve any issues, answer product questions and update your plan should you need it!

The Get Harley team will contact you around 3-4 weeks after your products have arrived, just to check in, and make sure you’re OK.

As part of the service, you will also get reminders on when to restock, so you avoid that dash to the supermarket to pick up any serum on offer!

If I need to change products

We can update your skincare plan at any time, so if you want to change a product or add in something extra like an eye cream or face mask, all you need to do is ask!

I love offering this service to my patients, as it means I have access to a much wider range of medical-grade skincare products to offer you, and the personal touches from Get Harley team are wonderful!
