If you’re struggling with the idea of having to sit at home for ages waiting for redness, swelling, peeling etc… to go away, then take a look at my absolute favourites for delivering results WITHOUT a big time investment…

HydraFacial

What it is: 6-step machine based facial.

How it can help you: Brighten and smooth the skin by removing dead skin cells, extract debris from the pores (bye bye blackheads), intensely hydrate and soothe the skin, improve blood flow and ease congestion with lymphatic drainage massage.

Downtime: None!

Cost: £130

Repeat: every 4-6 weeks for best results

Combination treatments: We can use the HydraFacial to prepare the skin for many treatments including injectables, microneedling and chemical peels. The cleansest your skin will ever feel!

SkinCeuticals Gel Peel

What it is: Superficial chemical peel with glycolic and lactic acid.

How it can help you: Exfoliate the skin to help with rough texture, stimulates collagen production and increases cell turnover, lactic acid also hydrates the skin.

Downtime: None!

Cost: £90

Repeat: course of 3 recommended, 3-4 weeks apart

Combination treatments: This treatment can be combined with either HydraFacial or microneedling treatment for incredible results!

Profhilo

What it is: High-concentration hyaluronic acid injectable skin booster.

How it can help you: Improve deep hydration in the skin initially and then stimulate collagen production to reduce the appearance of visible lines.

Downtime: Less than 24 hours, small bumps on the skin which fade quickly.

Cost: £285

Repeat: course of 2 recommended initially, then every 6 months

Combination treatments: Can be combined with HydraFacial or other injectables as long as the treatment areas do not overlap and it is medically/aesthetically appropriate.

Teoxane Redensity One

What it is: Injectable skin booster with hyaluronic acid, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

How it can help you: Hydrates the skin with hyaluronic acid while the amino acids (peptides), vitamins and minerals stimulate collagen production and re-densify the skin. Great for targeting tricky areas like lip lines or around the eyes.

Downtime: Less than 24 hours, small bumps on the skin which fade quickly.

Cost: £150 per treatment

Repeat: course of 3 is recommended initially, then every 6 months

Combination treatments: You can have a HydraFacial before your Redensity One treatment to prep the skin.

Injectable treatments will be subject to a consultation prior to treatment.
