As medical professionals, our duty is to provide you with a comprehensive consultation and treatment plan to ensure you receive the treatments and products that are right for you. Dr Rachel Tunney and Dr Ayrton Goddard offer in-person consultations and treatments, as well as virtual consultation appointments for new and existing patients.

HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER
New patients seeking aesthetic services must have a face-to-face consultation with a provider before booking any treatments.
During the consultation, our doctors will assess your needs and goals and discuss the risks and benefits of various treatments. They will also answer any questions you have.
The consultation and treatment may take place on the same day, but this is not guaranteed.
If you are unsure of what treatment or treatments would be best for you, it is best to book a consultation first.
Hydrafacial treatments do not require a consultation before booking, but you must inform your practitioner if you have any shellfish, honey, or aspirin allergies.
These ingredients are present in some of the products used during the treatment, and an allergic reaction is possible. If you have any allergies, please let your practitioner know so they can take the necessary precautions.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Payment is taken in advance for consultations, which is required to confirm your booking.
For treatments, there is a booking fee of £100, which is required to confirm your booking, and the remainder of the treatment cost is to be paid at the time of the appointment.
Appointments are subject to cancellation if the booking fee is not made before the scheduled appointment time.
This booking fee is non-refundable and not transferrable for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.
While we will always try to accommodate you if you are running a bit behind, please be aware that late arrivals may result in reduced consultation time, or we may have to reschedule your appointment, which may incur additional costs.
If you have a treatment plan with a monthly direct debit, please contact the clinic directly to book your appointments to avoid extra charges.
