Appointments in July and August
Our clinic in Ringwood will remain open until the end of August.
Your appointments will go ahead as planned.
We still have a 24-hour cancellation policy, so if, for whatever reason, you can no longer attend your appointment, please get in touch with us on 01425543311 to confirm.
Appointments from September onward
You are very welcome to continue your treatments with Dr Rachel in Romsey from September onwards. She will keep her existing patients to maintain continuity of care.
Over the coming weeks, Dr Rachel will contact you to see if you want to keep your appointment. If you do, the reception team at Romsey Medical Practice will confirm the appointment.
There is a £75 booking fee required, which is redeemable against your treatment or appointment.
Will I still be able to see Dr Rachel if I come to Romsey?
Yes, of course! Dr Rachel will work similar hours and perform the same treatments in Ringwood. To maintain continuity of care, Dr Rachel will keep seeing her existing patients and take on new patients.
What will the costs of the treatments be?
By joining a larger clinic, there are some treatments where we can reduce consumables costs by purchasing in bulk. These savings can be passed on to you.

How far from Ringwood is Romsey Medical Practice?
Romsey Medical Practice is not far from Ringwood. Just over 20 miles and a short 20-minute drive over the New Forest.
Parking is available at the practice during your appointment. The spaces are located on the left-hand side of the building and have signs.
The clinic’s entrance is on the main road at the front of the building. The door is kept closed to prevent car fumes from filling the waiting room, but please enter the clinic, and the fantastic reception team will greet you.
What will happen with my Get Harley account?
Your access to Get Harley will remain exactly the same as it is now. You will be able to see your plan, replenish your products and reach out the the concierge team just as you do now.
If you do not have a Get Harley skincare plan, we can create one for you during your appointment, or you can book a virtual skincare appointment if travelling to Romsey is less convenient for you.

Is Danielle coming to Romsey as well?
Unfortunately, no. Danielle has decided to focus on her salon in Verwood for now.
I know many of you have thoroughly enjoyed her treatments, and we will miss her hugely.
But you never know what the future holds…!
I have a gift voucher to use
Your gift voucher will still be redeemable at Romsey Medical Practice.
Please bring your voucher along to your appointment so we can ensure the correct payments are made.
I have a payment plan with monthly direct debit payments
If you have a payment plan with monthly direct debit, and you have completed your treatments, then nothing else needs to be done. The payment plan will automatically cease at the end of the agreed term.
If you still have treatments left, and you would like to complete these in Romsey with Dr Rachel, then nothing needs to be done. Your treatments can simply be transferred over and the payments will cease at the end of the agreed term.
If you have treatments remaining and you do not wish to travel to Romsey to complete the treatments, we can calculate your account balance and the cost of the treatments you have already received. You can then either request a refund or pay the difference to close your account.

I have prepaid for an appointment
If you have prepaid for a single appointment, or a course of treatments and you wish to continue with your appointment with Dr Rachel in Romsey, then there is nothing else you need to do. The funds will be transferred to your account in Romsey.
If you would not like to continue with your treatments in Romsey, you can request a refund for the treatments or appointments that will be cancelled.
