Please read the information below for further information about our clinic and how to get in touch.
How to find us
The entrance to Studio 50 is located at the rear of the building. The front door on the main road does not open.
You can access the clinic by taking Bickerley Gardens, a road that runs alongside Greyfriars Community Centre. Half way along this road, on the left-hand side, there is a gap in the brick wall, and you will see the entrance to the clinic after you turn left through the gap.
There is also car parking available for those attending appointments. If you get lost, please contact us on 07518974561.

STILL HAVE QUESTIONS?
I am not sure what service or treatment to book
The choice of treatments and services can be overwhelming, and we do not always expect you to know exactly which treatment would be right for you… that is what we are here for! If you are a new, or existing patient and you don’t know where to start, it is always best to book a consultation. This allows us to discuss your concerns, before making a treatment plan and booking any treatments.
Is the consultation fee redeemable?
We charge for our time and expertise, which includes assessing your suitability for medical and psychological treatment.
We do not offer free consultations or consultations that are redeemable against the cost of treatment. This is because we believe that it incentivises treatments and can pressure patients to have treatment they may not be ready for.
Can I have a consultation and treatment on the same day?
Many of our treatments require you to follow specific pre-treatment advice, so it is not advisable to have treatment on the same day as your consultation.
We also want you to have the opportunity to digest the information discussed in the consultation before making a decision about treatment. We will never pressure you to have treatment on the same day.
However, there are some treatments that can be performed on the same day as the consultation, if appropriate. We will advise you at your consultation whether you are suitable for these treatments.
Hydrafacial treatments do not require a consultation before treatment, as long as there are no contraindications to the treatment.
